As such, this practice assists a property purchaser to satisfy one of the requirements to qualify for the innocent landowner defense to RCRA liability. Eley|Barkley’s in-house Engineers and Architects collaborate to provide a holistic site investigation that includes the subject property, the adjacent properties and structures, and any existing structures associated with the subject property.

We prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Fuel/Oil Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Plans in accordance with the applicable State and/or Federal (MDEQ/EPA) Agency Requirements. These plans are required for many projects and agricultural entities. Eley|Barkley can assist you with the preparation of these plans to meet all required regulations and requirements.
